Assassin's Creed Shadows (formely known as Codename RED), which is being made by Assassin's Creed Odyssey developer Ubisoft Quebec and has the same creative director, is the next big, Valhalla-like flagship title in the franchise, set in Feudal Japan. This project is said to allow players to "experience the full Shinobi fantasy" in this long-requested setting for the series. Its launch begins what Ubisoft is calling “period three” in the Assassin’s Creed series, and will launch into the Assassin's Creed InfinityY Hub. Players will experience the full Shinobi fantasy in this open world RPG title set during Feudal Japan.

Huge fan of the AC franchise. This one was not all bad but felt it could of had bit more. Felt the main story kinda short. Quest were random. I didn't use guide tracking cause I wanted to explore, but for some player might be a need or can get lost on path. So many bloody trees get in way, lol Fighting styles for Yasuke are strong little stiff as for Naoe moments speed style are very fast and smooth. For me I played as her the most. The game does have you go back & forth in charactor , but aI played as her as much can. The outfits look fancy I did like. Overall was not that bad. I still favor Odyssey the most.

Glad I finished the main part of the game. Also glad I never have to play this subpar game again. It was an absolutely stunning game, but with terrible structure, odd mechanics, silly objective strategy. My favourite parts were, hands down, Naoe and Yasuke's story. I wish it forced you to play these parts intertwined with the main 12 assassinations, as the assassinations were awful, repetitive, and required little to no skill most of the time. It did sprinkle the odd boring mini boss where your only counter was to keep rolling out that mans way. The final "boss" for Yasuke? The random NPCs were harder than the final boss itself, what is up with that? Soundtrack was truly bizarre and honestly didn't fit in with the vibe it was trying to portray most of the time. I ended up turning this way down as it ruined the immersion of the story for me. I honestly in good faith, can't rate this higher than 3 stars.

اذا تبي تشوف ان اللعبة حلوة لا تحط ببالك انها اساسن كريد وممكن راح تستمع القصة لا بأس فيها سواء من الشخصيتين رغم ان عندي تحفظات في بعض الامور لكن اتمنى ان الشركة تخسر وتبيع العنوان

A promising and visually stunning setting with a decent story and two enjoyable protagonists at its core. However, the game does feature Ubisoft's standard 'quantity over quality' mindset, featuring a map that's too large, filled with too many repeatable activities. It's less pronounced than previous games, but still exhausting. The side-quests are uninspired, usually involving 'kill 100 of these' or 'collect 19 of these across the whole map'. The game also throws so many assassination targets at you that it's hard to keep track of who you're killing and why, made worse by the absence of a quest journal, replaced by an 'objective board' which offers more visual clutter than is needed. The game has a solid foundation and core, but would have been far better if they cut at least 35-40% of the content and doubled down on making the content which remained better and more intriguing. A step in the right direction, but we have a way to go, still.

This game FAR exceeded my expectations. The story was actually good. Character development is fantastic. You find yourself making a connection with the characters and wanting the best outcome for them. Combat is smooth and responsive. The combat styles are vastly different but very easy to pick up and so satisfying. Visually, BRUH, gorgeous. Ubisoft created a wonderful back drop for the game. I will say I had a few little issues. The objective board is very overwhelming especially at the start. Some npc interactions are very stiff looking. The voice acting can be flat at times especially during random npc interactions. The AI is inconsistent. Sometimes they are dumb as hell but other times I had to double check to see if I accidently upped the difficulty. Overall great game though. It checked all the boxes.

HRA NA ŠUPU; hrali sme hneď po vydaní, nebolo veľa bugov, nepadalo moc, hralo sa super, príbeh dáva zmysel, dobrá hrateľnosť, nie hra roka ale super hra čo vyšla a vychádza tento rok. Jankin najobľúbenejší AC po novom, Veronika 2.
