i didnt like the control system in this game

One of the best games I ever played. Its message makes you think about the impact we humans have on our planet.

Sweet platformer, kept me longing for more, the narrative and story wasn't as good but the vibe and visuals of the gameplay made me think of Ori.

While the visuals are hauntingly beautiful and the soundtrack is very solid, the story of After Us is lacking. The message is strong, but the lack of voice acting and additional pieces of lore are sorely missed. Gameplay is solid for the most part, but suffers from a bit of jank from time to time. Where After Us, during my playthrough truly failed was in its performance. As in performance issues...there were many.

Besides freezing many times, during my playthrough After Us crashed a total of four times, one of those times the game not only crashed but my save file was corrupted, causing me to lose two hours of progress.

For these reasons I give After Us a 6 out of 10. Nowhere near great, pretty good, but severely lacking in some of the most important aspects.

The game currently costs $29.99, I feel it's a decent buy at that price, but waiting a while is recommended. Hopefully, they will fix the performance issues with a subsequent patch.

Este jogo sem dúvidas me impressionou, fizemos toda gameplay no canal e a playlist tá disponível no youtube, apesar de alguns momentos de dificuldade q me fizeram dá ''rage'' no jogo seus desafios são balanceados e história encantadora, sem contar com seus efeitos e trilhas sonoras para cada cenário, salvo a otimização de alguns cenários que não estava tão boa, o jogo é encantador, e sem dúvidas merece fazer parte da seleção de jogos para o Game Awards 2023 nos quesitos inovação ou trilha sonora / efeitos sonoros. 😍
