disclaimer: this list is HARDLY exhaustive and misses a few more deep favs of mine! SO i tried to consider the ones that hit at critical points of my life and made me shed actual tears of joy 𝗈̶𝗋̶ ̶𝖿̶𝗋̶𝗎̶𝗌̶𝗍̶𝗋̶𝖺̶𝗍̶𝗂̶𝗈̶𝗇 😁 so ya, this list was so hard to do! i'm just a fickle girl. originally made on topsters.org but definitely not limited to this (esp. if game is part of a series)

these were the titles that were really hard to exclude from the initial "top 25" lol - but for the most part, if a game is part of a series, i tend to love the series as a whole...here are some of the games that came to mind when i thought about everything i'd ever played in my lifetime that left an impact on me.

sometimes you want to unwind, not wind up! games i enjoy of the cozy(esque) variety~

i love having profound experiences of resonance or enlightenment - through video games of all things...whether it be through its story, through its innovation, or through their characterizations...these babies left their mark on me one way or another and i couldn't love them more for it

sorry i didn't have a chance to stream as much this year my sweet coconuts! between the unprecedented layoff, my health in flux, and residual impact from all the loss i experienced in 2024, it was even harder this year. but i'm hoping for nothing but the best next year. i'll see you then, loves
