There's so much to appreciate with the mechanics in this game and the lore of the world it takes place in, and it's a blast to build upon your best runs and favorite techniques with friends the whole way through. This will be one that comes up when the mood to play this style of rogue-like strikes going forward ^^

Phasmophobia

It's Phasmo, I'm pretty sure we all know about it by now. Though after coming back to it after a long break (nearly two years) and playing with some beans I don't normally get to play with, it's definitely been more enjoyable. The game has evolved a lot since 2023 and now has quite a number of new mechanics to make the gameplay more interesting. Will be looking forward to coming back to this a bit.

The community voted on what would succeed Tokyo Xtreme Racer on my channel, and this won by one vote. After 530 hours in Apex, coming to its predecessor felt quite natural, and the movements are far more fluid than they should be for something of this age. This, however, would end up becoming another title where I took too long of a break from it after some mental health struggles and other stressors surrounding it, plus the drive to play shooters in general simply faded away. I decided to drop on 7/9/25, since I really have to have that itch to play this style of game for it to be enjoyable. I'll definitely keep this on the back burner to come back to eventually, even if on my own time, since it is quite an enjoyable experience when the mood to play shooters is there to accompany it.
